It gives them practical tools to eat better in a realistic, enjoyable way. Our workshops are interactive, evidence-based and led by a qualified nutritionist.
02 What is included in a healthy eating workshop?
Every session is bespoke, but typically includes an engaging presentation grounded in the latest nutrition science, interactive elements (games, group discussion, Q&A), and practical takeaways like recipe ideas, supermarket picks and easy food swaps. Add-ons like tastings, recipe booklets and digital toolkits are available to take things further.
03 What makes your healthy eating workshops different?
We don't do off-the-shelf. Every workshop is tailored to your specific group; their goals, their challenges, their food culture. Sessions are run by Steph Ley, a BANT-registered nutritionist who's also a genuine food lover, which means the energy in the room is completely different to a corporate tick-box exercise. We use tools such as Menti online polling so everyone feels involved.
04 What areas do you cover for in-person healthy eating workshops?
We deliver in-person workshops across London, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and the wider South East. For larger groups we can travel further afield, just get in touch.
05 Do the workshops include food?
They can! We offer optional tasting tables and food demonstrations for in-person sessions, and postal taster boxes for online healthy eating webinars. Because let’s face it, learning is always better when there are snacks involved!

Our primary speciality is employee healthy eating workshops — we have extensive experience working with businesses, corporates and HR and wellbeing teams of all sizes.
