MENOPAUSE NUTRITION WORKSHOPS & WEBINARS FOR THE WORKPLACE
Supporting Your Perimenopausal and Menopausal Employees — Through the Power of Nutrition
63% of menopausal women say symptoms have had a negative impact on their work — yet most workplace menopause strategies stop at policy documents and awareness training.
Our menopause nutrition workshop moves beyond 'awareness' to biological action.
Online or in-person, we teach your team how to use clinical nutrition to stabilise hormones, sharpen cognitive focus, and reclaim their energy—keeping your most experienced leaders in the business.

"Steph delivered two brilliant menopause nutrition sessions for our Menopause Community at Cancer Research UK — uplifting, informative and left the group feeling empowered and inspired to make changes."

MENOPAUSE & NUTRITION: RECLAIM YOUR EDGE
Why focusing on supporting the health of menopausal employees in the workplace is key
Optimising Mid-Life Performance: The Menopause Nutrition Strategy
Most senior female leaders are used to "powering through"—navigating high-pressure roles while managing the biological tax of perimenopause.
From disruptive brain fog to the 3pm energy crash, these physiological shifts can leave even your most experienced talent operating at a fraction of their capacity.
1 in 10 women have left a job due to menopausal symptoms — taking decades of experience with them.
While businesses invest heavily in leadership training, the foundation of performance—hormonal and metabolic resilience—is often overlooked.
We work with forward-thinking organisations to reclaim this lost potential through strategic menopause nutrition. Moving beyond simple awareness training, we focus on the clinical science that keeps women at the top of their game:
-
The Gut-Hormone Connection: Optimising the microbiome to regulate hormone clearance and mood.
-
Phytoestrogen Protocols: Using "nature’s support system" to smooth out energy fluctuations.
-
The 'Second Spring': Shifting the narrative from "symptoms" to a renewed era of wisdom and high-performance vitality.
Wave goodbye to rising sickness absence and the quiet struggle of menopause.
Our expert-led menopause nutrition workshops provide the evidence-based roadmap to ensure your best people don't just stay—they thrive.
Our nutrition programmes are designed to integrate seamlessly with your Corporate Nutrition Services and broader DE&I initiatives.

WHAT'S
COVERED
Exact content will vary depending on your chosen format, length and priorities.
1 / Why Menopause Affects Your Work — And What's Really Going On
We'll unpack the biology behind the symptoms your team are experiencing — from the oestrogen-driven brain fog that makes word-finding and concentration suddenly harder, to the cortisol-insulin relationship driving meno-belly weight gain, disrupted sleep and afternoon energy crashes.
We'll bust the myths, ditch the outdated narrative that symptoms are "just part of getting older" and replace it with something far more empowering: the science of what's actually happening — and why nutrition is one of the most powerful levers available.
2 / Eat to Thrive: The Menopause Nutrition Blueprint
We'll explore the specific foods, nutrients and eating strategies that make the biggest difference at this life stage — from phytoestrogen-rich foods that support hormone balance, to blood sugar strategies that tackle fatigue and meno-belly, to the gut-oestrogen connection most women have never heard of.
We'll cover what to prioritise, what to reduce and — crucially — what actually works in real life for busy professionals, not just in a research lab.
3 / Practical Tools, Myth-Busting & Live Q&A
-
Does HRT affect how I should eat? Should I be cutting carbs? Is soya safe or harmful?
-
We'll tackle the most common menopause nutrition myths head-on and answer the questions your team are actually Googling at 3am
-
Participants leave with a practical toolkit of simple, evidence-based changes they can implement immediately
-
Optional post-session survey to capture feedback and measure impact

FAQs ABOUT OUR MENOPAUSE NUTRITION WORKSHOPS
1. Is the menopause nutrition workshop delivered in-person or virtually?
Both — and we'd recommend choosing based on where your team is based. In-person menopause nutrition workshops are delivered across London, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, with travel to other UK locations considered for larger groups. Virtual menopause nutrition webinars are available for UK-wide and international teams of any size, making them ideal for hybrid or remote workforces. Both formats are equally interactive and engaging — we never deliver a passive, talk-at-you session.
2. How much does a menopause nutrition workshop cost?
Every session is bespoke to your organisation, so pricing depends on format (in-person or virtual), session length, group size and whether you're booking a one-off session or an ongoing programme. Prices start from £395+vat. Please get in touch and we can talk through what's right for your team and budget.
3. Can you deliver ongoing menopause nutrition programme throughout the year?
Absolutely — and this is where the real impact happens. A one-off workshop raises awareness; a rolling monthly programme creates lasting behaviour change. We can build a bespoke menopause nutrition programme for your organisation with different themes each month, including: Month 1: Eat Through the Change — Menopause Nutrition Foundations Month 2: Beat the Brain Fog — Eating for Cognitive Clarity Month 3: Sleep, Stress & the Menopause — Nutrition Strategies for Rest and Resilience Month 4: Meno-Belly & Metabolism — Understanding and Managing Weight Changes Month 5: Gut Health & Hormones — The Connection Most Women Don't Know About Month 6: Bones, Heart & Long-Term Health — Eating for Your Future This format works particularly well alongside a menopause policy launch or as part of a broader employee wellbeing programme.
4. Is the workshop suitable for mixed-gender teams?
Yes — and we'd actively encourage it. Understanding what perimenopausal and menopausal colleagues experience helps managers and teammates provide better support. Sessions can be tailored specifically for female employees, for mixed teams, or for line managers wanting to better understand how to support their people. We'll advise on the best format for your goals.
5. Can this workshop support our existing menopause policy?
Absolutely. Many organisations have a menopause policy in place but struggle to bring it to life practically. Our menopause nutrition workshop is the perfect complement — it gives your employees tangible, actionable tools that a policy document alone can't provide. It signals to your workforce that your menopause commitment goes beyond paperwork and into genuine, practical support. We can also provide a menopause toolkit for employees to include things such as supportive recipes, habit tracker and shopping lists
6. How long is the session?
Typically 60—90 minutes, though we can adapt to fit your schedule — from a 45-minute lunch and learn to a half-day deep-dive workshop. We'll recommend the right length based on your goals and audience.

Expertly Led by Steph Ley BSc, DipION.
