Our in-person corporate nutrition workshops typically run 60-90 minutes and scale seamlessly from small team wellbeing days to large conferences. We can however adjust the time to suit you - from a 45 minute lunch and learn to a half day well-being seminar.
Expect live polls, tastings, breakout groups and real-world strategies — not death by PowerPoint. For something extra special, we can even have your team making their own healthy snacks or smoothies on the day (dependent upon facilities) .
LOCATIONS

04 What do you require to run one of your nutrition workshops?
For one of our workshops, you'll just need a suitable space with seating, wifi, power and a presentation screen. For larger groups a microphone and PA system helps. If you're opting for a tasting table, a suitable table will be needed, and kitchen facilities may be required if staff are making their own snacks. Not sure if your venue works? Just get in touch and we'll figure it out together. Online workshops are also available if that suits your team better.

Absolutely — and we'd recommend it! A one-off workshop is brilliant, but a series of seasonal sessions is where the real, measurable transformation happens. There are several advantages to booking across the year. Seasonally themed workshops feel timely and relevant — immunity and energy sessions land perfectly in autumn and winter when bugs are circulating and energy dips; stress and burnout sessions resonate strongly during peak workload periods; and mental health and mood workshops are a natural fit for the darker months when low mood is more prevalent.
