Our in-person corporate nutrition workshops typically run 60-90 minutes and scale seamlessly from small team wellbeing days to large conferences. We can however adjust the time to suit you - from a 45 minute lunch and learn to a half day well-being seminar.
Expect live polls, tastings, breakout groups and real-world strategies — not death by PowerPoint. For something extra special, we can even have your team making their own healthy snacks or smoothies on the day (dependent upon facilities) .

PRACTICALITIES
01 What do you require to run one of your workplace nutrition workshops?
You'll need a suitable space with seating, wifi, power and a presentation screen. For larger groups a microphone and PA system helps. If you're opting for a tasting table, a suitable surface will be needed, and kitchen facilities may be required if staff are making their own snacks. Not sure if your venue works? 02 Do your workplace nutrition workshops include food samples?
Yes — and they're often one of the highlights. We can set up a tasting table of delicious non-UPF snacks, pass food around during the session, or even have your team making their own healthy snacks if facilities allow. Optional Vitality Bags — a curated take-home collection of healthy tasters and wellbeing essentials — can also be arranged, as can a bespoke Recipe Pack created specifically for your workshop topic. Additional fees apply for these add-ons.
03 What areas do you cover for in-person workshops?
We're based in South Oxfordshire and deliver in-person nutrition workshops across London, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire — and further afield for the right event. 02 Can nutrition workshops count towards our employee wellbeing budget?
In most organisations yes — corporate nutrition workshops typically sit within the employee wellbeing, L&D or HR budget. Some organisations also use wellness or EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) budgets. We can provide a full VAT invoice and supporting information to help with internal budget sign-off. If you need specific documentation for procurement, just let us know and we'll make it as straightforward as possible.
