1 / What Is Happening When I Am Stressed?
Is it all in the mind? We explore what is going on in our bodies when we experience prolonged stress, and look at the vicious cortisol cycle so many of us are trapped in.
2 / Eat, Sleep, Work, Repeat.
We will look at edible stressors we are consuming every day, alongside the stress-proof plate and foods that will have a beneficial balancing effect to help break the stress cycle. As well as an anti-anxiety foods, we will look at other factors such as how to deal with those stress-cravings we often experience at work.
3 / Not Another 'To Do'
We look at realistic ways to make these healthy changes without adding to our stress bucket.
